Located in on scenic Route 12 in Western PEI at Central Kildare is a 2.5 acre parcel of land. The land is mostly clear with some treed area at the back and a brook runs along the back of the property. Land was used mostly for growing hay and would make for a great location for a new home. Located just a few minutes drive from Alberton or North to Tignish. Beaches and golf course just a short commute.
